You can sign up for a free account through the app, record episodes, and publish them to Castmate.fm's powerful cloud servers, and they'll be available online instantly. Listeners can subscribe to your podcast, and listen on any podcast software they happen to use. If your listeners listen by using the Castmate app, they can also tap the player during their favourite parts and little hearts will show up and mark those places. Then, when other listeners listen, they'll see those hearts animate onscreen at the exact points in the podcast that they were originally tapped. Once enough listeners have tapped all their favourite parts, Castmate will be able to auto-generate excerpts of the best and most popular bits of your episodes (if you wish).
